I am working in partnership with a pioneering company who have an unrivalled reputation for working with all the latest technologies.

They are in the process of re-establishing their UK hosting team, which was previously managed by one of their global teams. and are recruiting for an Event Monitoring Specialist.

This is a key role within the immediate team of 2, but part of the wider operations team of 19, in which you will be responsible for monitoring events and solutions, investigation and resolving issues relating to event management or monitoring, and evaluating how improvements can be made to ensure best practice. You will also be involved in new products to advise on which parts of solutions will be monitored and how they will be deployed effectively. Within this role you will be working directly with other IT teams across the business.

The successful candidate will be experience of working within a monitoring or event management environment, with experience incident, availability or change management. It is essential you have a good understanding of ServiceNow and its capabilities in addition to experience with tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, Solarwinds or ThousandEyes. Experience of working within a large enterprise environment is desirable.

Whilst this role is based in one of their newly refurbished offices, you will be able to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
