Monarch are working with a global leading organisation that are recruiting a Senior Test Engineer to assist them on an initial 12-24 month contract.
This position is perfect for an experienced Test Engineer, who likes to be part of a team that works in parallel with development teams, enjoys working in fast paced environments and is eager to learn skills.
Some of the responsibilities in this position include:- Develop frameworks and configurations
- Create automated test suites with code, front end GUI automation and API testing
- Work with development teams to build automated testing
- Define and implement simple automation efforts, and document automated testing solutions
- Java (Automation frameworks written in Java)
- Jenkins and Continuous integration.
- Good understanding of testing best practices.
- BDD
- API understanding
- Good knowledge of Linux / Unix, Spring, Eclipse IDE, Rest Assured, Jbehave/Cucumber frameworks, Databases, Web services.
