An opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join a FinTech company based in Central London.  This would be a great opportunity for somebody with at least two years in a client facing software support role that is looking to join a market leading company.

As Application Support Analyst you will have good all-round technical knowledge across software, hardware and applications.  The successful applicant will proactively monitor service desk queues, resolve incidents and ensure all parties are well-informed throughout the process.  You will be a well organised, clear communicator with the ability to work under pressure.

You will have good experience in a client facing role and be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels; experience of the financial services industry will further strengthen your application.  You will have a good understanding of RedHat Linux and previous experience with SQL.  This role will be working with ServiceNow, prior experience of this would be an advantage.
