We are urgently recruiting for a Global Account Director or Client Services Director / Head of Client Services level role for a global PR Agency. Our Customers are looking for someone with strong Pharma client exposure and who wants to head up a crucial piece of campaign work for them.
Ideally, you'll be working at Head of Client Services, Client Services Director, or Global Account Director level currently to take on the responsibilities required for this role.
You'll also ideally have 5+ years working in a PR agency and a strong track record of working with Pharmaceutical customers.
This role is looking to start ASAP on a rolling monthly contract The customer is happy to pay up to £500PD/£550PD. It's fully remote currently. The agency is based in London.- You will act as senior strategic client counsel across PR accounts:
- Advise senior clients on strategies and approaches which match the needs of the brand
- Maintain regular interactions with clients regarding the health of the account, and attend key client meetings throughout the year
- Respond effectively to the most sensitive client or employee inquiries or complaints and facilitate conflict resolution
- Ensure quality standards are upheld on client work and ensure account teams are held to account on quality control
- Speak effectively and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and internal employees; must have gravitas and strong commercial acumen
- You’ll be innovative and will continually look for ways to extend the business unit and the agency’s value to the client through additional services, capabilities, and new technologies
This role will be fully remote for the entirety of its life cycle. They would also be open to people who want permanent positions.
