A prestigious UK Publishing Brand who are one of the largest publishers of local media in print and online are looking to complete some cutting edge and innovative changes to their existing bespoke CMS system. The developer team has adopted a strangler pattern approach to date and has gotten to a point where their content management system is fully automated and cloud-based. Due to recent funding, they are now looking to further innovate and create a publishing platform that will take them forwards into the next decade.

To complement their existing team they are now looking for a developer whose main focus with be working with their client-side technologies, so your main focus on a day to day basis will be front end development.   
Ideally, you’ll currently be working with JavaScript, Sass, CSS, and HTML on a daily basis and be comfortable working with single-page application frameworks. They appreciate that most JavaScript MVC’s are quickly learned, so knowledge in a specific framework isn’t essential for this role.

The business is highly collaborative and you’ll get an opportunity to work with different teams on different projects and get exposure to all the different technologies the business is investing in for their dev work. So you’ll get a chance to work with Node, React, and Vue.js.
