Veeva Systems / Technical Analyst / Consultant
I have a position for a Technical and functional analyst working for a client who is in the process of optimising Veeva and re-designing some of the processes.
They need someone who can coordinate with Tech team to get it done.
The successful person will be the bridge between the IT Team & Veeva and also the business. They want someone to work with the business stakeholders within the business to understand what they want out of the system and feed that back to the internal team and Veeva.
They have implemented Veeva but they are unhappy with how it works so they want to optimise and redesign it. PLEASE NOTE: this is NOT a developer role, it's working with the team to make Veeva work better including:- Process mapping
- user testing and optimization
- multi channel engagement
- someone who's a commercial IT digital analyst but also technical enough to understand the changes that need to be made to achieve functionality and be business savvy enough to talk to the sales team
Content management
Strong expertise Veeva CMS. The core of the work is working with this system
Duration: 6 months, likely to continue extending as project is 3 years.
