Finance Billing Analyst

This exciting contract has arisen to work for an IT Organisation within their Finance Department, my client is on the hunt for a Finance Billing Analyst to help develop the invoicing processes, customer contracts and solving complete billing queries.. You’ll provide analysis on Finance data from multiple sources and recommend new initiative to maximise revenue. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

• This person will be responsible and have the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve and support customer billing issues/enquiry's
• They will ensure the accuracy and preparation of nonstandard client invoices and data backups 
• To issue accurate invoices and reassign credit-notes to clients on a prompt & timely basis, in-line with relevant controls 
• This person will have the ability to answer complex Billing queries 
• The ability to work with a small team, working with junior staff and reporting to the billing manager  
• Assisting in the development and continuous improvement of the client billing process using data from multiple sources to back up recommendations where appropriate 

• Ideally 3+ years of billing experience in a fast paced environment (however all experience is welcome) 
• Working with complex queries and billing within a finance environment   
  Working with Aurora but that isn’t a must have  
• Previous experience in Aurora's billing software, not essential but experience in a billing software will help  
• Working in an IT or Telco environment is welcome but not essential
