We have a new exciting opportunity for 2 Senior Project Managers (Business Change) to join an expanding organisation in Stoke on Trent. This is a fantastic position for the right candidate to work for a market-leading company that offers career progression and the opportunity to work on a number of business change projects. In return for your services, you will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects in the technology and Business Change space.

My client is currently going through an exciting stage of transformation as they look to mature their project services team.


To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
To develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
To ensure resource availability and allocation
To develop a detailed project plan to track progress
To coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
To use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
To measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
To manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, understanding their motivations and 


Essential:
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Able to motivate others and lead change
Good influencing skills
Able to challenge constructively
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Good understanding of multiple change management methodologies
Able to use relevant software, e.g. Visio, MS Project
Resilient

Desirable
PRINCE 2 practitioner
Further education in project management, or previous project management experience
Management of Risk experience
Agile
