We have a brand new opening for a 2^nd line engineer to join a growing Managed Services business in Crawley. Up until COVID-19 the business has been going through a real period of growth – whilst that had stalled for a short period of time, the sales are back in place and the business is now ready to continue on their exciting journey.

The successful and passionate 2^nd line engineer will be managing and troubleshooting for their customers and will work in a fast paced environment where problem solving will be at the heart of everything you do.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting a range of technical issues experienced by our clients, including the following technologies:
• Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016,2019
• Windows 10
• VMware, Hyper-V
• Network troubleshooting
• Using an ITSM to log and respond to support tickets
• Identifying automation opportunities and proactive tasks resulting in exceptional levels of Uptime and reliability of client systems
• Being a people person, delivering support with a friendly and positive manner

• 2 years’ experience supporting and troubleshooting customer problems
• Background or familiarity of working within a Managed Service Provider supporting different customers daily
• Good technical grounding across Microsoft products
• Excellent communication with a hunger and enthusiasm to better your technical skills
