2nd Line Support Engineer
We are currently working with a marketing leading MSP that is recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team. During what's proving to be a challenging period for most organisations my client has had a very successful 7 weeks.
As a result, we are currently recruiting for a number of vacancies as the business continues to grow. This is a great opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving, technology-driven business, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills with cutting edge tech.
key responsibilities:- Provide 2nd line Support
- Support 3rd line Engineer on projects
- Recommend Service improvements
- Resolution of all technical incidents and problem
Strong knowledge or understanding in these key areas:- MS Server, MS Clustering, Active Directory Services, Group Policy, Windows Remote Desktop
- Virtualisation technologies; VMware ESX Server, Hyper-V
- Server Hardware: HPE & Dell Servers.
- vSphere, HA, Citrix XenApp
- Microsoft Azure, Office 365
- Microsoft Certified (MCSA, MCSE)
- VMWare Certified Professional (VCP)
