3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer
We are currently working with a marketing leading MSP that is recruiting for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. During what's proving to be a challenging period for most organisations my client has had a very successful 7 weeks.
As a result, we are currently recruiting for a number of vacancies as the business continues to grow. This is a great opportunity for an experienced 2nd and 3rd line Support Engineer to join a thriving, technology-driven business, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills with cutting edge tech.
The successful person will play a key role in implementing projects and 2nd/3rd line support across Windows and Virtualisation.
key responsibilities:- Typically lead, medium/large technical projects
- Support team member
- Recommend Service improvements
- Produce and maintain IT documentation
Strong knowledge or understanding in these key areas:- MS Server, MS Clustering, Active Directory Services, Group Policy, Windows Remote Desktop
- Virtualisation technologies; VMware ESX Server, Hyper-V
- Server Hardware: HPE & Dell Servers.
- vSphere, HA, Citrix XenApp
- Microsoft Azure, Office 365
- Microsoft Certified (MCSA, MCSE)
- VMWare Certified Professional (VCP)
