Key Skills and Responsibilities
Clearance: SC or DV Clearance essential
SC or DV clearance is essential for this opportunity. All applicants must either have current SC or DV clearance or be able to obtain it.
Due to the urgent start date for this vacancy candidates who hold current SC or DV clearance or who have held it in the past will have a distinct advantage.- This Oracle Advisor and Implementation Specialist will work with the clients cloud applications and implementation of Oracle Fast Formula (FF) tool to write formulas using English words and basic mathematical functions to perform calculations or comparisons using the clients database in formulas without learning the database structure or a programming language
- Work with their Oracle Payroll implementation, using the Fast Formula to write payroll calculations and skip rules for elements
- Implementing the clients Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and Oracle Absence Management across their rules-based application, enabling the clients system to efficiently manage employee absenteeism
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud Fast Formula;
- Strong PL/SQL skills
- SFIA Framework experience or exposure up to level 4, where you’d be Facilitating and scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives of medium size and complexity
- Manages requests for and the application of changes to base-lined requirements
- Can navigate around the Cloud application to source data items required for Fast Formula
- Understand the use of Arrays and Array Variables
- Understand user defined tables
- Understand how to move Fast Formulas between environments
- Have experience in the use of Working Storage area
- Have experience in Performance Tuning of Oracle Fast Formulas
