Senior Support, Infrastructure Engineer, 3rd Line, 4th Line, Support, Exchange Online, Citrix, Permanent, London, Hybrid
We are currently working with a global client who are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer (3rd/4th line) to join them on a permanent basis.
Location: London - On site 3-4 days a week (flexible)
For this role you will need to have a solid background in the following technologies: Exchange online and Citrix
You will be joining their IT department to provide 3rd/4th line support and enhancements to the companies Servers, Storage, Network, Mail servers, Active Directory, Azure Tenancy & AWS Deployments.
You will train and support other staff members, whilst planning, maintaining and upgrading their IT infrastructure projects which will include a Cloud Transformation in to Azure.
Key Skills:
- Exchange 2016/2019 on premise
- Exchange online, Office 365
- Citrix Xen product stack (especially Xenapp and VDI provisioning)
- Microsoft SCCM 2016/2019, Intune
- VMWare
- Forcepoint proxy
- Kemp Load balancers
