Monarch are working with a global organisation, based south of London, that are recruiting for a Systems Administrator/ Technical administrator to assist them on a permanent basis.
- Position: System Administrator/ Technical administrator
- Location: South of London (Hybrid working)
- Type of role: Permanent
Some of the responsibilities include:- Engagement with business stakeholders and the system vendor on new system features and enhancements.
- Ensure requirements traceability from analysis to implementation.
- Modify existing contract templates, clauses, workflow, master data and rules
- Maintenance of contract playbook and clause library
- Configuration improvements/updates (rules, master data)
- 2+ years of professional hands-on experience in functional role of system administrator or technical consultant.
- 2+ years proven hands on experience working with such solutions as: Contract Lifecycle Management, Business Spend Management, ERP, CRM.
- Strong experience in Software Development Lifecycle process, from requirements gathering, refinement, design, development, test management, to deployment and user training.
- Experience with system integrations, master data and promote to production.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI reporting, Issue Management Systems (DevOps, Jira).
