Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join them on a contract basis in Central London.
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid Working - 2/3 days a week on site in London
Start Date: ASAP
IR35: Inside IR35
Interview: 1 Stage interview via Zoom
As the Executive Assistant you will be supporting one of the clients Senior Vice Presidents.
You will hold experience of providing support at this level previously in either senior PA or EA roles.
This will be a busy & demanding role, with high volumes of admin, you will hold experience in prioritising and managing your workload accordingly.
Key Skills and experience required for the role:- Diary management
- Co-ordinate and run SLT meetings, manage agenda, minutes, and chase actions
- Co-ordinate and manage, curate and manage department meetings/regional meetings/we are one marketing events, across virtual and in person
- Help to manage SVP to do list
- Help to co-ordinate department participation in staff survey, my conversation etc.
- Help to co-ordinate and plan for budget/finance tracking throughout year
- Support in the management of large/complex meetings
