In 2016 7 people started a cloud based software business within asset management – this has now grown to almost 40 people and the business view their employees central to their success. They have huge ambitious and are looking to rapidly grow their Technical Sales Engineering division – they’re looking for Sales / Solutions Engineers to be able to support their sales team whilst being able to develop and build new tools for their customers.
The successful Sales Engineer will support the sales team to deliver technical presentations as well as playing an active role in client RFP’s and PoCs. It is essential the business offer their client a positive onboarding experience as well as ensuring the product integrate effectively with their current systems.
As well as being able to engage with their clients from a pre sales perspective, you will also be expected to be able to write code (C#, Java or Python) to build tools for the customers.
Effectively this team are the glue between Product, Sales & Engineering teams.
Essential Experience:- History working within an Enterprise Software Company – ideally SaaS
- Proven track record within a pre sales, solutions architect or solutions engineering role
- Confident in being able to write code (C#, Java or Python)
- Background in supporting technical presentations, creating proposals, RPFs and PoCs
- Experience partnering with Product teams to ensure a positive experience for all customers
