Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Start date: As soon as possible
We are recruiting for a well-established organisation to bring on a Technical Support Engineer. You will have the experience below to be successful:- Looking for someone who can manage/troubleshoot on either O365 or Azure.
- Ideally had experience in managing/troubleshooting AD accounts/groups.
- Installing, upgrading on laptops and desktops.
- Experienced in a fast paced IT helpdesk environment.
- Understanding of networking including WiFi.
- Strong comms skills with great stakeholder management exposure
- Demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems
- Desire to learn new technologies and skills.
