IT Support Engineer

Monarch IT are partnered with a global manufacturing firm based in Redditch who are looking for an IT Technician to work on site 5 days a week - Permanent role paying up to £35,000 per annum. 

This role is to maintain, develop and provide systems & communications support to the business. To advise the business on its’ IT / technology strategy, and introduce new technologies that contribute towards the goals for digitisation, automation and growth. You'll be supporting 2 area's of the wider company, consisting of around 70 end users.

This is a very exciting time for the company as they are going through the final stages of an acquisition, which will lead to further growth within the IT department and wider business. With this in mind, it's a perfect opportunity to take ownership of the IT functions with the goal of developing and moving forward in your career, with the goal and scope of leadership and management if this is something you're keen on over the next few years!

Duties: 

• End user support
• Auditing systems and processes, documenting process in video formatting for end user training
• Business continuity (back ups)
• Management of outsources services, supporting contracts, licenses anf purchasing of |IT equipment
• Overall IT Support

• SAP Business one systems
• CRM System Rollout
• Implement of SAP Analytic Cloud + Warehouse and barcoding add ons
• Implement Hire fleet software etc
