DevOps Manager, DevOps Lead, DevOps, CI/CD, LAMP, Azure, Remote
Our Public Sector client is looking for a DevOps Manager to join them on a fully remote basis.
Start: ASAP
Location: Fully Remote
As the DevOps Manager you will be leading a team of DevOps and Software Engineers to help build, test and maintain the cloud applications. Whilst championing the DevOps culture within the business.
Skills required:- Experience managing highly skilled DevOps engineers and Software Engineers.
- Mentoring and driving best practice
- Strong technical background – either from a software engineering or infrastructure background
- Strong experience in DevOps tooling techniques
- Have previous experience driving efficiency, through automation and process design and implementation.
- Experience in designing, securing, scaling, and administering cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Experience in managing complex, multi- server in a high availability production environment
- Understanding of containerisation – ideally experience in implementing docker containers into production environment
- Strong background in LAMP based systems and applications
