We are working with a large digital agency based in central London who are looking for a Business Analyst to join them
Location Hybrid working. Tuesdays and Thursday onsite in London
Start: ASAP
As the Business Analyst you will be joining the team to sit between the User Experience (UX), strategy and design teams. You will be an integral part of the experience design process and will support in the creation of a complete end-to-end digital product or service.
You will:- Lead requirement gathering workshops, interviews and deep-dive sessions.
- Capture and the end-to-end management of functional requirements, across the full product lifecycle
- Clearly document detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Serve as a “go-to” team member for resolving blockers relating to requirements and scope.
Key Skills:- Experience capturing and managing requirement across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience writing & clarifying user stories & detailed acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with and advising client product owners.
- Experience working with cross functional teams (UX, UI, data, development).
- Experience performing As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
- Demonstratable understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle.
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence & Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to produce clear documentation with high attention to detail.
