Service Desk - 1st line - 2nd line - Desktop Support - IT Engineer - IT Support
Monarch IT are working with a managed service provider based in Glasgow who are looking to appoint a service desk analyst on a permanent basis - Paying up to £28,000 per annum. Onsite 3/4 days per week as well as weekend work every 6 weeks.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Windows OS/ Linux OS
- Strong network understanding - troubleshooting
- 3rd party stakeholder/ vendor management
- Prior experience working within 1st and 2nd line support
Good to haves:
- Service Now - Ticketing system
- Vmware
- SAN/ S3/ Cloud
- File Database, Network Config
- Office 365
This process will be 2 stages in terms of interviews. 1st stage will be a brief call to discuss your skill set, with the 2nd stage being a more formal interview with the Service Desk Manager and Head of Department.
