Windows Support Engineer, Microsoft Server, Desktop Exchange, Active Directory, Lync, DNS
A large global company based in London are looking for a Windows Support Engineer to provide support to both internal users and customer facing systems from their London office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a number of different Microsoft technologies including Server, Desktop, AD, Exchange and Lync. The role will be based within the IT Infrastructure team including the opportunity to work other IT teams in the business and clients.
- Experience providing technical support to users
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Server and Desktop
- Ability to communicate well working independently or within a team
- Experience with AD, Exchange, Lync, SMTP, DNS and DHCP
