We are recruiting for a Telephony Support Analyst to join an international SaaS company based at their Reading office.  This position would suit a Telecoms professional with experience in telephony support or a recent IT graduate looking for their first step on the ladder.

The successful applicant will assist with telephony based issues relating to the SaaS product providing advanced troubleshooting and support.  You will oversee issues involving applications, databases and networks whilst providing a suitable liaison point between customers and internal teams.

Essential skills:
  • Previous experience working in a telephony support role (recent graduates will also be considered)
  • Database experience and an understanding of MySQL queries
  • An understanding of VoIP and SIP
  • Experience working with Linux operating systems
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving mentality
