A successful cloud focused managed services provider based in North West London is looking to grow their business with the addition of a Technical Operations Manager to be ‘a right hand person’ to the MD. The Technical Operation Manager will be responsible for the man management of the 4 technical engineers, oversee project delivery to clients and assist with sales to new prospective clients.

It is important the successful candidate has worked within a small company or team before and has the ability to be flexible and adaptable. The new hire must have man management experience yet still be technically savvy to be able to lead the engineers and manage projects.

Experience within a Managed Service Provider is a must for this role.

Essential Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a man management position
  • Must have worked with a managed service provider previously
  • High level of customer services
  • Technical background in Microsoft Server technologies, VMware, Office 365 and networking
  • Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
