We are working with a global systems and services company who have an opportunity for somebody to join their Central London office as a Technical Support Manager.  This would be a great opportunity for somebody with an interest in satellite navigation software and logistics that is looking to join a growing multinational corporation with great career development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the team that provides support to partners and customers enabling them to get the best out of the bespoke mobile software solution
  • Recommending QA tests and best practice
  • Act as an escalation point, owning customer issues through to completion
  • Assist with usability testing
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high levels of communication at all times
Require experience and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of mobile devices across iOS and Android
  • Passion for working with software applications
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Full clean UK driving licence
