Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Technical support engineer to join a busy and lively team based in Aylesbury. The Technical support engineer will provide 1st class technical support , handle customer calls and answer any queries vis phone and email and logging tickets onto a portal providing application support to clients, also setting up new users accounts and resolving technical issues.

Skills and Experience:

* A minimum of 1 years experience in a support role
* Excellent customer service skills
* A basic understanding of IP telephony,VoIP and internet connectivity
* A good technical understanding
* A basic knowledge of networking
* Troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication skills
