Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a brand new Technical Support Engineer role to be based in the High Wycombe area. The Technical Support Engineer will ideally have networking and telecommunications experience and will be an experienced engineer supporting customers on VOIP, SIP and hosting services carrying out phone configuration, troubleshooting and working on any connectivity issues. Excellent customer and communication skills are required.

Skills and Experience:

*Experience of troubleshooting on VOIP/SIP technologies
*A good knowledge of network routers and switches
*Experience of supporting in Network environments
*Experience supporting high-level customer's
*Excellent customer and relationship skills
*Excellent team and time management skills
*A background in Networking/telecommunications is an advantage
