We are currently working with a rapidly expanding international ecommerce company that have an opportunity for somebody to join their Client Services team. This is a great opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a rapidly growing international SaaS business. Providing an online merchandising platform for leading retailers, they are currently going through a phase of rapid growth.
The successful Technical Support Agent will be responsible for remotely supporting bespoke web-based applications as part of a team of analysts. Liaising with the technical and project management teams, you will be required to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback to stakeholders. A basic understanding of code is desirable, although candidates do not need to be able to write code and academic exposure to web development is sufficient.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a support role (ideally application support)
- Some knowledge of HTML, CSS and XML or similar
- Ability to cope under pressure
