Key Responsibilities 

This exciting and growing digital consultancy is currently on the hunt for a Technical Project Manager with a strong focus on agile delivery.  This specialist will deliver on a brand new product working within a technical delivery team on a global project working with teams abroad. This person will have the ability to liaise and work with technical teams, understanding the delivery of working with front end and back end development teams.

  • The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the build for a new IT product, working across the product and software engineering teams,
  • Own the development of a project plan, which will be developed in line with agile principles
  • Establish good project management practices, policies, procedures and methodologies within the team
  • Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in view
  • Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to leadership teams and key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively across
  • Establish clear ownership for project activities, ensuring that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback
  • Track progress and review activities and timelines to ensure milestones are satisfied
  • global teams and functions to ensure that all communications are delivered and understood
  • The outcome will be that we will deliver the product to a high quality, on time, which meets client expectations in terms of functionality and usability.
 Key Skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience, preferably within the digital domain
  • Excellent experience with Agile delivery
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills to give you the necessary credibility and influence internally and externally
  • Experience of working in a digital consultancy supply to global clients (desirable, not essential)
  • Ability to learn and understand fast complex systems and processes
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Prioritization and resource management
  • Comfortable working across geographies / time zone
