One of the UKs leading specialist cloud service providers is looking for an additional Support Engineer to join their growing technical support team based in the heart of London. The successful 2nd Line Engineer will be responsible for 2nd line issues as will spend time supporting on customer sites also. The company are very passionate about the services they provide and hence why in the last 3 years they have doubled in size year on year and continue to bring on a large volume of new clients on a regular basis.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a technical support position
- Expertise with Microsoft products – Windows 10 & Windows 2012
- Experience supporting Office 365
- Strong understanding of Microsoft networking (DNS, DHCP)
