A fast-growing managed service provider is now recruiting for a field engineer to provide technical support for their client based in Scotland. This position is mobile based - it has the ability to support clients remotely from home as well as being required to visit client sites across Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The successful Support Engineer will be responsible for 2nd line issues and be exposed to a wide range of technologies. The company are very passionate about the services they provide and hence why in the last 3 years they have doubled in size year on year and continue to bring on a large volume of new clients on a regular basis.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a technical support position
- Expertise with Microsoft products – Windows 10 & Windows 2012
- Experience supporting Office 365
- Strong understanding of Microsoft networking (DNS, DHCP)
