Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Support desk technician to join a busy team based in Hertford. The Support desk technician will provide helpdesk and scheduling support to customers via telephone email and dial in connections providing 1st and 2nd line support logging calls and resolving any faults on PC and tablet based items following issues through to resolution liaising with account managers to keep them up to date on progress at all times. Support will be provided in both English and Chinese as you will support customers through China and Asia regions.

Skills and Experience:

* A basic understanding of networking and wifi networks
* Windows OS
* Android OS
* The ability to create VPNs
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
* knowledge of internal PC components
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent English and Chinese (written and spoken)
