As the Support Analyst, you will be working across the client's different offices to fix general IT problems.
You will hold the following skills and experiences:
- IT Qualification either as a degree or NVQ / Professional training.
- Experience in referring application or networking issues to more senior members of the support team.
- Windows environment
- Supported over 2000 users
- Worked across multiple sites/Remote and onsite work
