1st line support, Support Analyst, Support Engineer, Service desk analyst, first line support


As the Support Analyst, you will be working across the client's different offices to fix general IT problems.


You will hold the following skills and experiences:
  • IT Qualification either as a degree or NVQ / Professional training.
  • Experience in referring application or networking issues to more senior members of the support team.
  • Windows environment
  • Supported over 2000 users
  • Worked across multiple sites/Remote and onsite work
