This role is split 50/50 between homeworking and customer sites across the North of England. It requires you to visit my client’s customer sites when necessary, carrying out requirements gathering tasks, but also allows you to work from home when not on visits.
- Has experience in the design and build of Managed Service based solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in cloud computing technologies (Private Cloud/Hybrid Cloud).
- Openstack knowledge (beneficial).
- Possess the ability to engage with customers and discuss current application requirements and the transition to a private or hybrid cloud.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and concentration.
- Support and work in-line with the sales team.
- Ensure all documentation is uploaded to the relevant location in time for any project award.
- Ensure the customer is clearly aware of the solution they are buying and assumptions are pre requisites are clear.
- Build clear relationships with customers and potential customers.
