We are currently working with a global software and solutions company that has an opportunity for somebody to join their software support team from their Bristol office.  This is a great opportunity for a Software Support Analyst to join an international business with a portfolio of solutions that are used in over 100 countries.   

This is a Monday to Friday shift based position where you will be working early or late shifts (7am – 4pm or 3pm – 12am). 

The successful Software Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting bespoke applications as part of a team of analysts, using Salesforce to track issues. A basic understanding of SQL and databases is desirable, although candidates do need to have experience working in a software support position. 

Required skills:
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree ideal or relevant industry experience
  • Experience in an application support role
  • Ability to cope well under pressure
  • Experience working in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service ethic
