Job: Help Desk Analyst
Duration: 6 Weeks
Day Rate: £80
*This is an urgent role with a view to start as early as next week*
My Client are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service to all of their clients and is comfortable working on various client sites around London acting as a main point of contact during incidents and representing the customer site providing Help desk Support.
I am looking for an individual who can provide 1st Line Support in person and remotely with the ability to undertake technical troubleshooting and the ability to resolve issues in line with ITIL in a timely and professional manner and can deal with clients over the phone and escalate any issues accordingly to the 2nd and 3rd Line Teams.
