We are looking to recruit a Service Desk Engineer to work on a temporary basis for 3 months (possibly an opportunity to move to permanent in the future).
We are looking for the following;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Service Desk experience
- Experience of supporting remote users
- Experience of using call logging systems
- Problem solving skills
The desk work either from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm on a rota basis.
