We are currently working with a growing national telecommunications organisation that has an opening for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with experience in the telecoms and ICT industry to join a growing innovative telecoms service provider.

As Service Delivery Manager you will have a large amount of experience working in an ISP or telecoms provider and will have a broad technical understanding of (but not limited to) IP Telephony, LAN/WAN, Unified Communications and Broadband.  The role will be the primary representative for service within the organisation and will have responsibility for the entire service lifecycle from presales through implementation to lifetime support.

The successful applicant will be able to display the ability to oversee multiple teams and will have solid relationship management skills.  You will be enthusiastic, have great organisation skills and will be able to deal with high pressured situations.  As Service Delivery Manager it is imperative that you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and have an eye for attention to detail.  You will be aware of ITIL practice and procedures and will ideally be qualified to V3 Foundation.

Essential skills:
  • Experience working in a Service Delivery Manager role in Telecoms / ICT
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • A strong understanding of Unified Communications, IP Telephony, LAN/WAN and broadband
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
  • ITIL V3 Foundation qualification
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
