A fast growing Managed Service Provider based in Central London is looking to hire a Service Desk Manager – this is a critical role within the business as they will be managing the 10-15 engineers (1st / 2nd line service desk / field engineer) as well as ensuring the services are being delivered effectively to clients.
- Proven experience within a Service Desk / Helpdesk Manager
- Understand Service Delivery with clients
- Previous managed services experience is a must have
- Extensive experience working within ITIL frameworks
- Ability to motivate and manage a technical team
- ITIL Certified
