Service Delivery Manager, SDM, Service Manager, Professional Services…

One of the UKs leading Managed Service Providers is looking to grow their Professional Services division with the addition of 3 Service Delivery Managers to join the business. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for all service related requirements of a customer’s contracts and be the single point of client for key clients. You will work closely with the Sales Account Manager and lead the client relationship for service and ensure that all contractual obligations for the client are full understood and adhered to by all parts of the business.

Duties:
  • Carry out and co-ordinate experience and satisfaction surveys with the customer
  • Act as the escalation point within the business – must be approachable
  • Reporting – generate weekly / monthly performance and service level reports to discuss with client / stakeholders
  • Oversee the SLAs and ensure they are being met by internal teams and 3rd party suppliers
  • Create and maintain a Service Improvement Plan (SIP) for each client
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience within a Service Delivery Manger position (4 years +) within a Managed Service Provider
  • Extensive experience working within ITIL frameworks – Change Management is key
  • ITIL Certified
  • Ability to be the single point of contact for large clients and ability to manage the relationship and all service related issues
  • Excellent communication and professional – representing the client at all times
