Job: Service Desk Analyst (Technical Support)
Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 6 months experience in a support or service desk role
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Troubleshooting skills
* Excellent customer and communication skills
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* A basic understanding of networking would be an advantage
* An understanding of IP telephony would be an advantage

Salary up to 23k + quarterly bonus + benefits
