Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing team based in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or graduate level candidate who has a passion for IT and Technical support to join a business where you will enhance your skills and have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in servers and networks. The service desk analyst will enjoy a varied role providing support and answering any queries  via phone and email also logging customer requests and managing third party suppliers and vendors.

Skills and Experience:

* A minimum of 6 months experience in a support or service desk role
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Troubleshooting skills
* Excellent customer and communication skills
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* A basic understanding of networking would be an advantage
* An understanding of IP telephony would be an advantage
