We are currently recruiting for a Service Analyst role

My client is seeking an experienced Service Analyst to join their team ASAP. Acting as a number 2 to the Service Delivery Manager you will be accountable for producing service reports and supporting escalations. You will take ownership of service improvement plans, highlighting potential improvements and creating new plans if appropriate. 

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build a career with Service Delivery Management within a FTSE 250 company.

 
Responsibilities
 
  • Production of weekly and monthly Service Reporting
  • Tracking of escalated incidents, driving the escalation process
  • Highlighting potential improvements to processes
  • Supporting the Service Delivery Managers in Service Review meetings
  • Attending Service Delivery Manager (SDM) meetings in the absence of an SDM where appropriate

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
 
  • Exposure to ITIL framework
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of stakeholder and customer engagement skills
