Great opportunity for a French-speaking support engineer to join a global media organisation based in Central London on a 3-month contract – the technical support engineer will part of a global end-user computing team of 7 engineers supporting 1000+ users across the UK and France.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing organisation to be able to develop their technical skills and career as well.

Essential Skills:
  • Fluent in French - written & verbal 
  • 2-3 years within a technical support position
  • Expertise with Windows 7, 8.1 & 10
  • Good understanding of AD, Exchange & Office 365
  • Working knowledge of ITIL – problem, change, incident and configuration management
