Great opportunity for a French-speaking support engineer to join a global media organisation based in Central London on a 3-month contract – the technical support engineer will part of a global end-user computing team of 7 engineers supporting 1000+ users across the UK and France.

- Fluent in French - written & verbal
- 2-3 years within a technical support position
- Expertise with Windows 7, 8.1 & 10
- Good understanding of AD, Exchange & Office 365
- Working knowledge of ITIL – problem, change, incident and configuration management
