My client are currently looking for a proactive customer focused individual to join the team to take responsibility for some of their key Reward customer relationships. This position will be an ideal match for someone who is looking to use their project management and client facing skills to work in collaboration with departments to develop and deliver the infrastructure required to ensure operational excellence, service quality, customer satisfaction and financial performance for the managed Rewards program(s) in France
This role will involve working with clients and merchants to make sure the reward platform is rolled out properly.
The successful person will be the single Point of Contact for this program
- Programme management
- Technical background, operational experience with payments loyalty platforms
- 5 years + experience
- Loyalty/reward platforms experience would be a bonus.
- Experience in a customer facing client management role
- Proven project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems and implement proactive changes and improvements
- Experience managing multiple and complex project streams within an international environment
- Fluent in French and English
