We currently have an urgent requirement for a Performance Manager on a fixed term contract

Position Overview
To own the business management systems including CAFM and automated Dynamic Scheduling, Contract performance of self-delivered and contracted works and manage the production, collation and dissemination of management system performance data relating to the delivery of FM services to a public sector client. This role is a key member of the management team for a prestigious long term contract. The Performance & Systems Manager is responsible for:
  • Delivering exceptional services to our high profile client
  • Manage Software and providers to ensure continual Contract performance improvement
  • Introduce and improve efficiencies in the Workforce
  • Reduce the reliance on Subcontractors for non-specialist works Improve visibility and forecasting ensuring immediate preventative action is taken
  • Compiling reports for the Client and the Management Team
  • Analyse report outputs and interpret data to identify trends and anomalies
  • Provide a professional performance & systems capability to support operational
What we are looking for
Technical Competencies
  • Good numeric, mathematical and statistical skills
  • Excellent IT analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  •  Able to create a “can do” culture where individuals and teams raise their productivity and effectiveness
  • Business Management Systems background in an FM environment
  • Senior practitioner of FM service delivery, across the entire TFM spectrum, including construction management
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to influence at all levels
  • Highly IT literate in the MS Office suite, including MS Project
  • Demonstrable CAFM knowledge of Maximo, 360 Dynamic Scheduling Demonstrable experience of Change Management
  • Ability to obtain Security clearance to SC level is required
