A fast growing technology company based in London is looking for additional resource to support a growing client base within a technical Pre Sales capacity. The successful Pre Sales Consultant will be working very closely with the Account Executive to provide a consultative and advisory approach to the pre sales process.
This is a client facing role whereby the Pre Sales Consultant will be giving demos and presentations of the software either online or onsite with customers, demonstrations will include how to pull off reports and data sets as well how to configure the software and also supporting clients through a 30 day trail.
Giving this role will be joining a small to medium sized business, the successful Pre Sales Consultant must be willing to wear multiple hats and be flexible to the client’s requirements – whether that is technical support or technical advisory.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a sales engineer/pre sales role
- Customer facing experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Previous PM experience (PMP cert an advantage)
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SaaS
