One of the UK ’s fastest growing IT Service Providers are now recruiting for a brand position after a restructure of their Network Operations Centre – this is for a NOC Manager to manage 4 Major Incident Managers with an indirect team of 25+. This role is responsible for delivering NOC and Major Incident management services for all of their customers.
This is a critical role within the leadership team and will be based on people, processes and tooling. As the NOC Manager, you will ensure the business is delivering a cost-effective 7x24x365 operational monitoring and incident management solution, ensuring as a team there is a clear direction to stay ahead of their competitors and also you will be expected to develop documentation and procedures across the team.
- Previous experience implementing and operating a 24/7 NOC and major Incident Management service
- Must have in-depth knowledge of next-generation monitoring and alerting tools
- A successful track record defining and developing new processes and procedures
- Strong communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
