Organisational Reference Data (ORD) Operations Lead Analyst


Location: Central London, UK

Rate: Open to negotiation. Please let me know what day rate you would need.

Length of Contract: In the first instance we can only firmly offer until 30 June because of my client's financial year end.  However these roles have to continue into the next financial year so a further six months is likely.  With the very large programme my client are running, there are likely to be related opportunities beyond then which will become available.

They will manage data quality checks and ticketing by guiding the operations

team in reviewing errors and following up with providers. They will manage and report

issues/incidents and ensure access to ORD is maintained. 

 Responsibilities/Duties:

Guide teams on roles and responsibilities to support ORD operations.

Manage onboarding of territories and ORD go-lives.

Primary liaison between the ORD project team, territories, and development team

Ensure regular communication with data steward community regarding the ORD service

and its development as well as issues that are raised.

Guide and enable territory data stewards in their role & responsibilities for uploading

and maintaining ORD data.


 Work-Experience

Proven experience managing complex data oriented services to deliver on-time results

and recommendations for improvement.

At least two years of experience implementing and running multiple MDM instances

(staging, production) in a financial services-led organisation.

Proven experience in operation of metadata management tools dealing with the

associated data quality and governance responsibilities.

Proven experience in operationalising SLAs, dashboard reporting, MS SQL Server, and

SharePoint.

Experience in data analysis and data quality using SQL and Excel.

Experience using technology platforms such as Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS),

S FTP tools, Service Now.

Experience of managing and publishing documentation and communications using

Google Apps (preferred).

Experience with dashboard reporting.

Experience with MS SQL Server, metadata management pools, and SharePoint is a plus.
