Maximo Support Engineer - Plus company car or car allowance

We are currently recruiting for a Maximo Support Engineer to support a few sites across East Anglia

Responsibilities
Responsibility will include:
· responding to, documenting and resolving queries from the user community in a timely manner in line with issue priority and business need
· support users at the detail level ensuring correct and optimal use of all available business systems
· Troubleshoot system issues as and when they occur to keep applications downtime to a minimum
· Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from users regarding system issues/account queries via telephone and email as well as face to face and provide resolutions to those issues


 
 
The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of all items the solutions for which range from providing “how to do” information to users through to raising IT tickets to the Business Service Desk for IT support/change.
The issues raised will likely result in a cross section of user training, recommending better uses or occasionally system change - for which requests for enhancements and developments should be put forward to the appropriate SMEs

It is essential you have
· Previous experience of working in an FM environment
· Previous experience of maximo or CAFM systems
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
· Excellent organisational skills
· Previous experience in a customer facing roles
· a full clean UK driving licence
