IT Support EngineerWe are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a market leading company in Nottingham.
To provide first class support and assistance to IT users
To receive and log calls made to the IT helpdesk via telephone, email or voicemail
To provide effective and efficient first line resolution to incidents to the satisfaction of the customer
Manage and distribute escalated calls to appropriate members of the IT Team
Follow up outstanding work and keep customers up to date with progress
Requesting quotations, raising purchase orders and ordering from suppliers
Provide support for mobile communication device
Communicate with 3rd party service providers
Software builds of new and reissued PCs and Laptops
Carry out hand-over of new equipment to staff locally or in branch offices
To assist to maintain the Assett Registers as required
To create, delete and modify user accounts as required in line with IT Policy
Assist all users with systems and software difficulties, by providing telephone support.
