My client are an award winning leader of UK retail services, seeking to expand their Nottingham site with a new opportunity for an Insight Analyst / Data Analyst to join the team!
As an Insight Analyst / Data Analyst you will...
...work with multiple data sources including Speech Analytics and Customer Satisfaction / CSAT from call centre environments and use SQL and similar to analyse and identify areas of failure, improvement, underlying trends and other necessary areas to drive the business forward.
A strong numerical background and excellent communication skills will be highly beneficial (and some previous qualification in Mathematics and Call Centre experience would be better still)!
Ideally you'll be proficient in identifying where processes could be made more efficient and in driving through those process improvements, a logical thinker and with experience in a fast paced environment.
The role would suit an experienced Data Analyst / Insight Analyst with hands on SQL experience seeking a new customer driven role!
- Experience as an Insight Analyst / Data Analyst.
- Excellent SQL query / Power BI / data driven tool / language knowledge or similar.
- Confident manipulating / analysing data from multiple data sources
- Experience in Call Centres / Speech Analytics / CSAT - welcome but not mandatory!
