End Date/Duration: 12months, with extension to 2 years
This role will be the end to end ownership of the whole of the business. The successful person will have their own business to support.
This role will give you the opportunity to create business initiatives, programmes, employee engagements.
You will be working with leadership team, globally as well as locally.
There will be lots of internal interactions with executives across the business, will sit in high level meetings, solutions orientated.
You will need to have
- Extensive Human Resource Business Partner experience
- English and French Fluent
- Any industry, recruitment experience is a bonus as they will be focusing on recruitment
- Experience in working with Acquisitions or start-ups before
- Understanding of the HR side of things from a Belgium perspective
- Project work – if you have worked on HR projects in the past that would be good .
- Small departments wouldn’t be appropriate as it is big business area so previous work on a global scale would be ideal
- The successful person will be working on areas such as recruitment and talent review so experience in this would be good
